Camp iPad

We are happy to announce an exciting, optional, paid professional development in August. We understand that this has been a long and difficult year and that many people are looking forward to a much deserved and needed summer break. We also know that many folks begin planning and thinking about the year to come long before they have to officially return to work.

The 4J EdTech team has invited several Apple Learning Specialists from across the country and have organized a 4-day learning experience called Camp iPad, August 16th-19th. Apple Learning Specialists and the 4J EdTech team will present sessions for K-8 educators working in a 1:1 iPad environment. Join us for the latest tools and features on the iPad and walk away with lessons you can use in the classroom. You will get to work in small groups, learn new strategies and updates around the use of the Apple Suite on the iPad. We will also look at many of the other apps available to staff and students…Nearpod, Padlet, Clever, Canvas, Seesaw, Book Creator, PebbleGo, and many more! You will get to develop some lessons and become more comfortable using the iPad in the classroom. If you are interested, please join us for some learning, exploring and sharing around the campfire.

Apple Professional Learning Virtual Conferences

New sessions just announced for August! Explore helpful resources and practice new skills that will support great learning and teaching. Hosted by Apple Professional Learning Specialists, these hands-on sessions run for approximately 60 minutes and are offered twice daily, Monday through Thursday. All sessions are free but you must register.
