Student Gmail Accounts

 - Zimbra email will be archived and accessible for one year.  Click for archived email access.

 - What can you do with Gmail?

 - Create and send email.
- Open Gmail.
 - On the left, click Compose 
. You might see Compose instead.
 - (Optional) To change your window size, in the upper corner, click Maximize 
or Exit full screen.
 - Add recipients and a subject.
 - Enter your message. Email you start writing but don’t send are automatically saved in Drafts on the left.
 - (Optional) Add attachments, such as Drive files 
or photos
 - Click Send.
 
 - Organize inbox.
 - Search inbox.
 - Create Signatures.  Your signature can include your name, title, contact information, and pictures or links. You can also create multiple signatures.
- Open Gmail.
 - At the top right, click Settings 
See all settings.
 - In the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
 - Name your signature, then click Create. This name is not your actual signature, but is a name for the signature template.
 - In the text box at the right, add your signature text.
 - Use the format bar to add text colors, links, and images.
 - At the bottom, click Save Changes.
